Refund and Return

How many days do I have to return a product?

Our policy comes into effect for 30 days since your purchase.

If 30 days have gone, terribly sorry, we do not take responsibility for your returns or refunds.

Which products can be returned?

We are willing to replace your order with these following reasons:
• The product is defective or faulty.
• That is not the sale item.
• The product you receive is different from the product on our site.

with a photo of the products you received along with detail shots you wish 

What are the requirements for returning a product?

There are some requirements if you want to return your product:
• A receipt or proof of the purchase is required to complete your return.
• The return packages should not be lost, mishandled, or damaged.
• The product is not used, washed, worn, or damaged.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Before you request a refund, please make sure the product you received

meets our return requirements.

Please send the refund request to our email at care@loveflamingosomuch.com

with the pictures of products.

After reviewing your claim, if it is approved we will provide

an address for you to return.

When your product is received, we will send you an email to

inform you that we received your return.

Please allow up to 3-8 business days for a full refund,

from the date we receive the product back from you.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once we process the refund.

Can I refund sale items?

We are only responsible for regular items, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

However, we will be responsible to refund if sale items are defective seriously.

What should I do if I have not received a refund yet?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank, it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of these steps and you still have not received your refund,

please contact us at care@loveflamingosomuch.com to get urgent support.

Can I get a refund for an unwanted gift card/present?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,

you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased,

or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later,

we will send a refund to the gift giver.

How does the shipping process work if my claim is approved?

If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item.

We will give you a full refund but the shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time for you to receive an exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable

shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
